Pehchaan (Employment Project)

Nivara The Team Pehchaan Project was created with an aim of providing skill training and employment opportunities for the unemployed youth in slums, villages and tribal zones.

The Problem

Unemployment continues to be a big problem in the lower section of the society. The youth have the drive to work but they often don’t have the right education or skill to get a job.

This leads them and their family to go through a terrible situation and are forced to do things which may or may not be correct.

Our Solutions

We have understood that just giving them job updates isn’t enough, we also have to prepare them with the right skill and mindset to be able to get employed.

Self employment project

In this project, we help interested individuals to learn a skill and coach them in marketing, sales and customer service to get self employed.

Micro business set up for groups of youth

In this project, we gather a group of people from a community to come together to set up a micro business. We ensure business skill training and mentoring is provided to them.

Career and business mentoring

We have a team of expert who undertake career counselling for youth and also conduct regular business mentoring for people involved in self employment/micro businesses.
